Team artsdigitalmedia.com interfaced into something not yet being done here in the Philippines, by establishing Online Radio Web Hosting.

Yes, online radio web hosting is already in the global market since 2003, but never yet in the Philippines since team artsdigitalmedia decided to venture in this project.

As of now, the online radio servers are on testing mode for functional and quality test streaming.

What more is, we will be serving unlimited bandwidth and listeners which compares to the global competition who are doing per bandwidth usage and number of listeners charging.

And we can compete for up to 128kbps data packet transferring, for high quality audio and can even be used by radio stations here in the Philippines. Audio formats that will be supported are Mp3, ACC, & Ogg.

Multimedia players that supports online radio are Winamp,  Realplayer, Quicktime, VCL and Windows Media Player.

Well,  its all because the web developer of the university is highly skilled (though I learned that he don’t have any formal education on IT)… thanks to the college of arts and sciences dean to find the developer and initially fund (though low cost project) but it materialized (and will be… sukdulan hehehe) .
